Nova Horizon Estate Kft. ("Nova" or the "Controller") is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Nova processes when visitors use the website or contact Nova regarding a business project, for what purposes and legal bases, and for how long such data are retained.
2. Project and Business Enquiries
Visitors may use the website contact form to contact Nova regarding industrial investments, industrial real estate, manufacturing projects or other business opportunities.
Personal data are processed for the purposes of receiving and responding to enquiries, carrying out an initial business or technical assessment of a project, communicating with the sender, preparing potential commercial next steps, and evaluating a possible business relationship.
The data processed may include the name of the company, the name and e-mail address of the contact person, the project type, project details and personal data contained in voluntarily uploaded documents, drawings, RFQs or other attachments.
Please include only personal data that are necessary for evaluating the project and handling the business enquiry.
3. Legal Basis
Where an individual contacts Nova in their own name with a view to entering into a contractual relationship, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, covering steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Where an individual acts as an employee, director, representative or contact person of a company or other organisation, the processing may be based on Nova's legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Nova's legitimate interest is to receive and evaluate business enquiries, communicate with the relevant organisation and assess potential business cooperation.
4. Retention Period
Where an enquiry does not result in a business relationship or contract, Nova will generally retain the personal data related to the enquiry for 12 months after the last substantive communication.
Where an enquiry results in a contractual or continuing business relationship, relevant data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for as long as required by applicable legal obligations or as necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Documents subject to mandatory statutory retention requirements will be retained for the legally required period.
5. Processors and Service Providers
Nova uses external service providers to operate the website and business communications.
Webnode AG

Webnode provides the website infrastructure, hosting and technical operation of the contact form. Under Webnode's Data Processing Contract, the website owner acts as controller and Webnode acts as processor in relation to personal data processed through the Webnode service.
Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Microsoft 365 / Microsoft
Nova uses Microsoft 365 for the zsolt@novahorizonestate.hu e-mail account and its business correspondence. Enquiries, e-mail communications and attached documents may therefore be processed using Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Microsoft maintains data protection terms applicable to its online business services.
6. Sharing Data with Professional Partners
Certain projects may require cooperation with relevant real estate, manufacturing, logistics, technical or other professional partners.
In such cases, Nova will share only information that is reasonably necessary to evaluate or execute the project and will seek to limit disclosure of personal and business information to what is necessary.
Where appropriate, detailed or confidential project documentation may be shared only following further coordination or under suitable confidentiality arrangements.
7. Cookies and Website Technologies
Nova currently does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other marketing or visitor-tracking tools on the website.
The Webnode platform may nevertheless process cookies, log information, IP addresses or other technical identifiers necessary for the operation, security and proper functioning of the website.

8. Automated Decision-Making
Nova does not use solely automated decision-making or profiling based on personal data submitted through the website.
Business and project enquiries are subject to human assessment.
9. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you also have the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

10. Complaints
If you believe that your personal data have been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Nova applies appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, accidental loss or destruction.
Access to personal data is limited to persons who require it for the relevant business or project-related purpose.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Nova may update this Privacy Policy where the operation of the website, the service providers used, the processing activities or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will always be made available on the website.
